A laugh a minute
Jim is on top form. He proves once again that clean comedy can be just as funny. One of the few comedians that doesn't need profanity & shock value to make up for a lack of talent. A rare treat nowadays.
Surprisingly funny and very well put together
I was a fan of Gaffigan's early stand up but lately wasn't too amused.. Don't like the tv show very much... But this one felt very very different. Jim was rather confident and the way everything was tied together almost amazed me. Great jokes, I laughed many times, loved the impressions... Well done!

It's another strong, consistent and laugh-out-loud funny special from the affable comic. On the one hand, Jim Gaffigan's sixth comedy special treads much of the same territory as his others, namely his love of food and leisure, but since his last special his wife went through brain surgery, which imbues the hour-long routine with pathos and catharsis. Gaffigan himself remains a calming and quietly riveting screen presence, and his self-deprecation is an effective way of connecting to the audience in a pleasantly low-key manner. There's nothing forced about Gaffigan's comedy, and while there's a bit more of an edge this time around, he remains the king of clean comedy, able to extract sincerity and hilarious anecdotes from even the most mundane activities.
Non-stop funny--and clean!
Some of the funniest jokes in this show is the medical one's. Jim Gaffigan could do very well going to medical conventions and telling his jokes about medicine to health care workers.
Return to form
Jim is my favorite standup comedian by far, but I felt his last outing "Cinco" was not up to hopd usual standards. Noble Ape delivers on all accounts. Jim's take on brain surgeons, his wife's cancer, the Pope and many other topics had me falling off the couch laughing.
